1. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
- The item must be unused, unworn, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for the return.

Return Shipping:
- Return Shipping Costs:You are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Once you reach out, we’ll provide the return address and instructions for your item.
Refund Process:
After the supplier processes and inspects the returned item, we’ll issue a refund for the purchase price, minus any applicable shipping fees. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

International Shipping:
- International Standard: $18.00 (Estimated delivery: 7-14 business days)
- International Express: $30.00 (Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days)
Local Delivery (U.S.):
- Local Delivery (within U.S.): $12.00 (Estimated delivery: 4-9 business days)
- U.S. Delivery (non-local): $16.00 (Estimated delivery: 6-10 business days)
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, though some orders may take longer depending on the supplier and carrier. Processing excludes weekends and public holidays.
Delivery Times:
Delivery times may vary based on the carrier and destination.
We ship via trusted carriers like UPS, USPS, DHL, and others. For the most accurate estimate, check the checkout page or contact our support team.
Order Processing & Cutoff Time:
- Orders placed by 4:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) will be processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after this cutoff will be processed the next business day.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been submitted, processing begins, and the order cannot be canceled. If you have any questions regarding cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible.
5. What happens if my order is delayed?
In the case of delayed processing, customers may choose to cancel the order for a full refund. However, delays caused by shipping providers are not our responsibility. If your order is delayed, please contact the carrier for more information.
6. What if my order arrives damaged?
GimmeWarehouse.com is not liable for lost or damaged products once the order has been handed over to the carrier. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
7. Are there any shipping restrictions?
- P.O. Boxes: Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
- Air Shipping Restrictions: Certain items may be restricted from air transportation in the U.S. by the TSA (Transportation Security Administration). If needed, we’ll arrange for a different shipping method.
